I have been using it for quite some time, almost 2 years and I never had any kind of problem or crash. It is very easy to set and run smooth.I bought it from here and apparently they have changed the website for this new version. Maybe they decided to really act professionals since they never were.There's a few things everybody should be aware.First of all the support is very bad and rude. The only 2 times I asked any information I was treated like I was asking for a favour and the second time they didn't even replied to me anymore. The second thing is I NEVER received ANY kind of contact from them, about app updates or whatever! That being said, I still use the SAME version from almost 2 years ago because there's no auto-update or whatever ways to update it inside the app. It still runs fine, of course, but I expected to be updated at some point.Hope any of the developers will read this and contact me.

Now I want this supposed 'new' version which has 'future updates for free' and a very friendly support, since these are things I NEVER had from them.Cheers. V1.6 simply doesn't work (on OS 10.9.5 at least), I had to reinstall v1.5.3.Only issue is that the launcher for v1.5.3 is malformed.Two solutions:- the easy one: don't check the box 'Run every time your mac starts' and put it manually in the startup items- the little techie one: run first version 1.6, check the box, copy the LaunchAgent to your desktop, uncheck the box, quit, replace v1.6 with v1.5.3, launch it, don't check the box, make your settings, exit via 'Hide and go' then lock the LaunchAgent. — of course, you can create the LaunchAgent directly, if you know how to do it.;-). The lite version suddenly stopped working recently, it asks you to update and send you to the dev's site where you can find a link to CNET. That's not working.:-/From the URL you can guess there should be a 1.5.3 version there but no.After a few trials with the URLs, I finally found it at!!!Now it's working again.So except for that little mess, I'm happy with it, it records what I type and I can recover it when an app crashes and I've just typed a long text, be it in a text editor, mail or else. I don't care for other uses.
